I grew up in Farmington, Connecticut, where I played soccer throughout my childhood. I then went to Assumption College, where I also played soccer for 3 years. Assumption is also where I met my wife, Erica. Throughout college I had had multiple injuries that led to surgery and then physical therapy, where I discovered my love for the profession. I received my DPT from the University of Hartford in 2015 and have been working in Outpatient Orthopedics since that time. I have 8 years of experience working in Outpatient Orthopedics for a variety of both privately owned and physician-owned offices.
My core values would be respect, hard work, and teamwork.
What I do here at Carlson ProCare is I am the Clinical Director of our Willimantic location as well as a treating physical therapist. I have taken a variety of manual therapy courses throughout NAIOMT as well as Mulligan, and am also certified in Dry Needling. I have 2 certifications from The Titleist Performance Institute and enjoy treating golf-related injuries. I enjoy treating the whole body but specifically enjoy knee and hip injuries.
Something patients deal with that I would like to fix is the fear of not being able to do the things that they enjoy in life.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. I have a 2-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter that keep me and my wife pretty busy. Otherwise, I enjoy golfing in my free time.
